All Employers and Pensioners can use Health Card Multipurpose. Government of AP has introduced Medical Reimbursement in the place of Cashless Health Card. Government of Andhra Pradesh Joint Action Committee (JAC) introduce on 23rd Jan 2011. All Employees / Pensioners to enroll by name on Health Card Application. In the Scheme of Health Card will get a benifited of 13.80 Lac of AP Employees and Pensioners.

In Andhra Pradesh Aarogya Sri Health Care Trust in 350 Hospitals to provide a Free Treatment in 942 Diseases of In-Patient or Out-Patient. The Government to produce for Medical Treatment of Rs.3,00,000 for each employee or pensioner. At the time of apply Health Card Application, must have upload passport size of photograph should not exceed 100Kb and format in JPEG/PNG File Only.

How To Apply Health Card:
- Should be apply through www.treasury.ap.gov.in
- To Choose and open "Net Services to Public" link
- To Select a one option of "Employee Operations" and search for "Multi Purpose Employee Card"
- Should be enter Treasury ID and will you get Name
- Must have entering your own Password and again re-enter
- Should be enter DDO Code Submit
