First Enroll yourself by visiting your nearest Aadhaar Enrollment Center and get Aadhaar Enrollment Number. For the list of Aadhaar Enrollment Centers in your District as details are available in our website. You can obtain your Aadhaar Number is following two ways.
I. Aadhaar Letter reaches your Address via Post
II. If you have Enrollment ID (EID) slip, you can Generate Online e-Aadhaar Number after 15-20 days of your enrollment number.
How To Fill Aadhaar LPG Linking Form:
At the time of Filling LPG Form to Aadhaar Card details for keep your enrollment number or Aadhaar card in your hand and follow given 7 simple steps.
Step 1. Please your Original Aadhaar Letter and paste the left side corner of the LPG Linking Form.
Step 2. Fill the all details in the photocopy in Capital Letters Bold Black / Blue Pen Only.
Step 3. Fill your name of the LPG Company (Ex: IOCL / HPCL / BPCL)
Step 4. Name of the Distributor
Step 5. Write your Consumer Number and attach a copy of the first page of DGCC Booklet or Recent cash memo
Step 6. Valid Mobile Number and Address (If your present LPG delivery address is different from address in the Aadhaar Card, also attach a current proof of address). Register your Mobile Number with your LPG Company throurh Online.
Step 7. Signature with date of LPG Customer as in Subscription Vocher (SV).
