* Week-end execution of purging jobs, data defragmentation by re-organizing data-sets
* Undertake activities to capture system utilization, DB growth pattern
* Appropriate action to be initiated for respective alerts / daily monitoring reports
* Release deployment (code promotion) in various environments i.e. Production & UAT
* Daily System monitoring to capture system performance, Db growth etc.
* Prepare & Publish daily System batch timing reports
* Undertake detailed study of System/Database health check reports
* Ensuring updation of Knowledge base documentation
* Timely escalations to seniors for quick incident resolution
* Problem Ticket response, resolution, escalation and follow-through till ticket closure. Ensuring response to issues reported by Incident Team within agreed service levels and business priorities
