* B.E / B.Tech (Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / Mechanical) / M.Sc (Physics / Chemistry / Material Science / Electronics or Statistics) from a recognized university / institute
* An advance training on Semiconductor CMOS processes, analysis tool and yield management system will be provided and it is expected the candidate should be able to ramp aggressively
* Candidates need to have a minimum of 70% aggregate score
* Work experience in allied domains like LED, Solar and CMOS research / projects will be given preference
* The candidate should be willing to go extra mile on solving problems
* The desired candidate is someone who has eye to details, can look at advance engineering and statistical data with an engineering mindset
