Job Description :
* Strong Customer-eccentricity with proven ability to work under pressure and manage critical customer situations
* Ability to expediently perform thorough root-cause analysis via debugging of complex code, and to formulate appropriate fixes for identified bugs
* Being a strong team player
* Proven track record of high performance with strong learning orientation
* To ensure high quality of corrections and high BW Java patch quality enabling customers to incorporate the fixes rapidly with low TCO
* Being self driven Major Tasks
* To develop deep product expertise at technical and functional level, and to take full code ownership for the assigned BW Web Java Runtime topics
* To provide high quality of support to SAP BW Customers and resolve product issues reported via customer and internal messages at the Development Support level for the owned product releases
* Inclination to work in a development support and maintenance role in SAP BW
* Efficient interaction and collaboration with other teams/stakeholders e.g. Primary Support, Development, other IMS teams etc., to ensure continuous improvement and optimization of support for SAP customers
