Job Description :
* Troubleshoot and resolve processing issues or problems uncovered in data and reports, document root cause, and identify preventative measures to mitigate against a future occurrence of an issue
* Assist project team with business and project knowledge for larger system changes and work collaboratively in the discovery and testing of changes handled by members of the Managed Configuration department to ensure work is completed correctly
* Follow plan management procedures and checklists for SSAE 16 compliance and assist in creating new data verification procedures and checklists for projects when needed
* Verify the accuracy of data, calculations, and the content and format of reports and other deliverable
* Alert all team members to problems and potential solutions
* Provide payroll analysis or a summary of the results of payroll validations to assist client in payroll approval
* Maintain and update system parameters and other system data, and validate the archive process for historical data
* Monitor successful completion of processing tasks
* Monitor trends in processing times and the accuracy of deliverables, and proactively provide suggestions or ideas for improvement
* Participate in process management conference calls and on-site meetings with client, and provide additional support for client issues or questions when needed
* Assist project team to schedule database maintenance tasks, and communicate issues that require unplanned maintenance when needed
* Configure minor system changes for new client requests
* Assist project team to support SSAE16 compliance audits and provide requested documentation and other evidence of proper controls upon request
* Follow-up with client analysts on standard project deliverables
* Complete postmortem reviews and participate in review meetings after each payment processing cycle
