Job Description :
* The EUS Business Analyst role is to proactively oversee all service related to end user services (to include Service Desk, Desk Side Support, Customer Satisfaction) in the APAC and EMA regions and to ensure that the end users are receiving the appropriate and timely assistance
* Experience of working within a Lean / CIP environment
* The EUS BA is also responsible for performance analysis and developing proactive CIP projects in the APAC and EMA region
* Basic knowledge of computer hardware including; laptops, desktops and servers
* Related work experience in a similar roles
* The individual will help ensure high levele of customer service quality and availability, This individual will develop, implement and oversee policies and procedures to ensure consistent service levels and continuous improvement
* Working knowledge of MS Office and MS PC apps
